The comprehensive exhibition at Kebbel-Ville, featuring over fifty exhibits, took place in 2023 – objects, graphics, assemblages, and films.

The central theme of the exhibition was nature and its artistic perception by Jan Švankmajer, introduced by the experimental short film Historia Naturae, Suite from 1967 and his latest feature film Kunstkamera from 2022. The range of compiled works spanned over 50 years of Jan Švankmajer's creation.

The catalogue was edited by Jürgen Dehm and the text was written by Claus Löser.
